Last week I had the privilege to be part of something great. I was one of the singers at Choral Chameleon Summer Institute. We spent the whole week rehearsing brand new choral pieces, talking about many aspects of today’s choral music, sharing ideas and opinions about conducting a choir, meeting many talented people and having fun. Of course, all of those things are enough to describe any experience as something great. However, I think there is another aspect that made everything that I experienced there even greater: I was surrounded by people that respect each other, that care about the other’s development and success. That is something hard to find nowadays, and I am glad to be part of an organization that makes so much for so many people. It is all about collaboration, art, music. Thank you, Vince Peterson, for giving me the opportunity to be part of this organization.

Many thanks to the 5 stars faculty and the amazing singers.

If you want to develop your skills as a composer or conductor, YOU HAVE TO MEET THESE PEOPLE. I am serious about it. You will be glad you did!
